Terms of Use
Last updated October 19, 2026
By using e10out.com, including Food Bingo at e10out.com/play (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older and a legal U.S. resident. One account per person. Each game round also has its own Official Rules, which control if they conflict with these terms.
Free to play
Food Bingo is free. No purchase is necessary to play or win. Buying food at a restaurant doesn't improve your odds, and a free entry method is described in the Official Rules.
Play fair
- Use only codes you got yourself by visiting the restaurant
- Don't share, sell or post square codes
- Don't use bots, scripts or multiple identities
- Don't harass restaurant staff or other players
We can remove stamps, void claims or disqualify anyone who breaks these rules.
Your ratings and content
When you submit a dish rating, photo, review or other content, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give e10out a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display and share it on the Site and in e10out promotions, with credit to your first name or handle. Don't post anything false, hateful, illegal or that belongs to someone else. We can remove content at any time.
Restaurants and sponsors
Participating restaurants are independent businesses. They, not e10out, are responsible for their food, service, prices, allergens, safety and premises. Featured restaurants and sponsors may pay to take part. e10out isn't responsible for your experience at any restaurant. Always tell staff about allergies.

Our stuff
The e10out name, logo, e10 Score, Food Bingo cards and Site design belong to e10out. Please don't copy them without permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or error free. Your saved card lives on your device and can be lost if you clear your browser.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, e10out isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a participating restaurant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms, the game or the Site at any time. We can suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
