Plain version: we collect only what we need to run the game and reach you if you win. We don't sell your information.

This policy explains how e10out ("e10out," "we," "us") handles information when you use e10out.com, including the Food Bingo game at e10out.com/play (together, the "Site").

What we collect

What you give us: first name, email address, cell number (optional), and whether you want text alerts. Restaurants may also give us a business name, contact name, phone and town.
Game activity: squares you stamp, the codes you enter, your 1 to 10 dish ratings, and prize claims.
On your device: your Food Bingo card is saved in your browser's local storage so your progress stays on your phone. We don't use advertising cookies.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log things like IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.

How we use it

To run Food Bingo, verify stamps and prize claims, and contact winners
To send game, prize and launch updates you signed up for
To share overall, non-identifying results with participating restaurants (for example, "40 players visited")
To improve the Site and prevent fraud
To follow the law

Text messages

If you check the box for text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated game and prize texts from e10out at the number you gave. Consent isn't required to play or win. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run the Site, such as Google (forms and storage), Cloudflare (hosting) and Microsoft (email), who may only use it to provide their service to us
With a participating restaurant or sponsor only when needed to deliver a prize you won, and only with your okay
If the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our players, partners or e10out

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in the email or by writing to us
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information
Clear your card from your phone with "Start over on this phone" at the bottom of the game

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up and game information while the game is running and for up to two years after, or longer if needed for prize records or the law. Then we delete it.

Kids

The Site is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see your information, but no website is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll let players know by email.
